Summer on The Mount: Mt 6:25-34 | Why Worry?

Why does worry and anxiety seem to be on the rise? Worry and its cousin have been around since the beginning but it seems as if the rollercoaster has trended upward on a steep ascent. Jesus addresses this by telling us not to worry or asking why we do 5 times in this passage. Stay in the moment for tomorrow has enough trouble of its own, His antidote instead reminds us to keep seeking first God’s kingdom and his righteousness.
